📋 Cancellation & Service Policy At Real Estate Sign Installation Co., we aim to provide Realtors with fast, reliable, and professional service. To keep operations fair and consistent for all clients, please review our cancellation and service policies below: 🔹 Mileage Policy Standard service includes installs and removals within 10 miles of Fort Walton Beach. Properties located beyond this range will incur a $2 per mile charge. 🔹 Cancellation Policy We require a 15-day written cancellation notice to terminate any active membership plan. Cancellations received with less than 15 days’ notice will be billed for the upcoming cycle. 🔹 Sign Pickup After Cancellation Once a cancellation is submitted, all signs must be scheduled for pickup within 5 business days. Signs left beyond this period may result in additional service fees. 🔹 General Terms Realtors must provide their own post, panel, and riders for all installations. Scheduling and billing are processed through our partner, Quicke Marketing, to ensure a seamless process. By scheduling an installation or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these terms.
