Our two installation hubs are Fort Walton Beach and Freeport. Listings within 10 miles of either hub — covering the bulk of Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Shalimar, Mary Esther, and Freeport itself — fall inside our standard service area with no mileage charge. Fort Walton Beach to Niceville runs about 14 miles by road, and Fort Walton Beach to Destin about 6 miles, according to Okaloosa County's own mileage matrix, so most listings inside those core markets are covered without an added fee.

How the $2-Per-Mile Fee Works

For listings beyond 10 miles of our Fort Walton Beach or Freeport hub, we add a flat $2 per mile, measured one-way from the nearer hub to the property. There's no guesswork or hidden markup — the fee only applies to the miles beyond the first 10, and we'll quote it before you confirm the booking.
